New Haven Computer Company is fully committed to you, the client. Henry does all of the principal work and, when necessary, employs associates that he has known for years. Our goal is to make computers adapt to the way you work, not vice-versa. Henry strongly believes that you should not have to be a programmer to use a computer any more than you have to be a mechanic to drive a car.

He looks at it this way:
An International Driver's license is easy to obtain. With it, you can rent a car in any number of countries. You don't have to know the language well. All you have to know is how to drive, the rules of the road, and how to get where you're going. After that, you're set. You may not immediately know how to work the rear defroster or the CD player, but you can get in most cars, in most parts of the world, and get where you want to go with a very minimal learning curve.

We here at New Haven Computer think computers should work that way, too, and we strive for just that: a computer that serves your needs, as quietly and as efficiently as your automobile does.

We do not sell hardware.

That's important. We can't sell everything, and it is a human tendency to recommend what one sells, what one makes the most profit on, or what's been sitting on the shelf the longest. We don't work that way.

Our recommendations are objective, with the sole aim of serving you, the client, because we have no financial interest in any brand or manufacturer.

We only make money if we please you: if we solve your problems, make something easier, or make your system do something better, or even something it was not able to do before. We keep your data secure and your system reliable. We try to make you feel better when we've finished than you did before we started.

These are our goals; this is why we're in business.

We aren't interested in making it any other way.
